Job Description
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office operations, coordinating administrative activities, supporting HR and business development functions, and ensuring efficient day-to-day workflow across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration and operations
- Support HR functions including staff coordination and documentation
- Manage office resources, schedules, and internal communication
- Coordinate business development and operational activities
- Supervise support staff and ensure productivity
- Maintain organizational records and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
- Handle multitasking across departments efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in administration, HR, operations, or management
- Strong background in Human Resources and Business Development
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and admin tools
- Must reside in Yaba or nearby areas in Lagos
- Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday
