Job Description
Available Positions:
1. Team Lead – Business Advisory & Documentation (AM-DM)
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic advisory support across business functions
- Managing documentation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Leading and mentoring team members
- Collaborating with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Enhancing governance and reporting standards
2. Legal Officer (ET-BO)
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing legal advisory support across departments
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts and legal documents
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Supporting dispute resolution and litigation processes
- Managing legal risk within the organization
Qualifications & Requirements
Team Lead – Business Advisory & Documentation
- Relevant experience in business advisory, documentation, or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
- Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
Legal Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and BL qualification
- 1–5 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong knowledge of banking/financial regulations
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
