Job Description
The Graduate Engineer Trainee Program is designed for young engineering graduates who are passionate about manufacturing and industrial operations. Successful candidates will gain hands-on technical experience, exposure to modern production systems, and professional training within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Trainees may be assigned to production, maintenance, electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, or process improvement functions across various plant locations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Automation/Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit preferred
- Maximum age of 30 years
- 0–2 years post-graduation experience
- NYSC completed or currently serving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and shift schedules where necessary
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for engineering and manufacturing operations
