Job Description
The Remuneration Executive will manage confidential payroll and staff compensation processes while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and proper documentation of employee remuneration records.
The role requires a trustworthy professional with strong analytical and organizational abilities to handle sensitive staff information and payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle staff payroll calculations for contract and service employees
- Manage DEFIPRO contributions and staff onboarding on Sopra HR
- Prepare monthly allowances for interns and graduate trainees
- Liaise with former employees regarding final entitlements
- Process staff claims including allowances and reimbursements
- Prepare quarterly reports and remuneration documentation
- Compute staff loans and coordinate repayment deductions
- Calculate terminal benefits for exiting or deceased staff
- Organize quarterly meetings with gratuity fund managers
- Collate data for annual Individual Social Reports (ISR)
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting or related discipline
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
