The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Attending to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Following up with leads and existing clients
- Scheduling consultations, site visits, and meetings
- Coordinating communication between clients, designers, and vendors
- Providing updates on project timelines and progress
- Managing customer records and project documentation
- Assisting with quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups
- Handling after-service support and customer feedback
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
- Managing social media and WhatsApp customer interactions where required
Qualifications & Requirements
Interested candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years work experience
- Previous experience in:
- Interior Design
- Construction
- Real Estate industries
