Job Description

Amani Advisory Limited is recruiting a Personal Assistant (Intern) to support a digital content creator and entrepreneur managing multiple online platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, as well as a fashion business.

This role is designed for entry-level candidates who are passionate about content creation, digital media, and personal brand management. The ideal candidate will assist with daily operations, content coordination, scheduling, and on-the-ground support for shoots and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
  • Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in content creation, including filming support and behind-the-scenes coordination.
  • Support planning and execution of shoots, events, and work-related outings.
  • Maintain structure and organization in daily operations.
  • Conduct basic research to improve workflow, productivity, and content processes.
  • Provide general administrative and personal assistance as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background

  • Entry-level candidates (HND or Bachelor’s Degree preferred).

Skills and Competencies

  • Interest in content creation and digital media.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones, cameras, and basic content tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude.
  • High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and emotional intelligence.
  • Punctual, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.

Additional Requirement

  • Must reside within or around the Lekki/Osapa London axis, Lagos.
