Job Description
The Graduate Trainee position is a structured entry-level development program designed to equip recent graduates with practical experience and professional skills across multiple business functions.
Successful candidates will undergo departmental rotations and hands-on training aimed at building competence and preparing them for long-term career growth within the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in structured training sessions, workshops, and development programs
- Supporting day-to-day operations across different departments
- Assisting managers and senior staff with administrative and operational tasks
- Conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports or presentations
- Completing assigned projects, assessments, and performance evaluations
- Engaging in departmental rotations (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations)
- Developing professional skills through mentorship and on-the-job learning
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (minimum of Second Class Upper preferred)
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory
- Typically aged 25–28 years or within the organization’s graduate trainee range
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of adaptability and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment
