Job Description
TeamAce Limited is hiring a Cashier / Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations and support customer service functions. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients while also handling payment transactions and basic administrative duties.
The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both client interactions and financial records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage appointments and ensure smooth front desk operations
- Process payments and issue receipts using POS systems
- Record and reconcile cash, card, and electronic transactions accurately
- Prepare daily sales and transaction reports
- Maintain proper client records and documentation
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in cashiering, front desk, or customer service roles
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
