Job Description
First Bank of Nigeria is inviting applications from qualified and ambitious graduates for its 2026 Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme. This programme offers participants the opportunity to develop professional banking skills, gain practical industry experience, and build a rewarding career within one of Africa’s most respected financial institutions.
Successful candidates will undergo structured training and exposure to various aspects of banking operations, customer service, business development, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training and professional development activities.
- Support banking operations and customer service initiatives.

- Collaborate with teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Maximum age of 27 years as of 30th June, 2026.
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or HND with Upper Credit in any discipline.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme on or before 30th June, 2026.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Innovative mindset and strong relationship management skills.
