Job Description
Worknigeria is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join its team as an E-Commerce Website Executive Trainee. This position is designed for recent graduates interested in building a career in e-commerce, digital marketing, online sales, and website management.
The successful candidate will receive practical training and hands-on experience in managing online store operations, enhancing customer experience, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and improving website performance to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with product uploads, updates, and content management on the company’s e-commerce platform.
- Support website maintenance and ensure product information remains accurate and up to date.
- Process customer orders and monitor order fulfillment activities.
- Assist in implementing digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support customer service initiatives to enhance user satisfaction.
- Help manage social media and online sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports relating to website operations and sales performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, online business operations, and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and online selling tools is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
