Job Description
Daystar Power Group is inviting applications for its 2026 Women in Power Trainee Program, a one-year development initiative designed to equip talented female electrical engineering graduates with the technical expertise and leadership skills needed to excel in the solar energy industry.
The program provides participants with practical exposure to renewable energy projects, structured training, and professional mentorship from experienced industry experts. Successful candidates will contribute to real-world solar engineering projects while developing the skills required for long-term career success in the clean energy sector.

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
