Job Description
The Rack Centre Academy Training Program is designed to develop young engineering graduates into skilled professionals in data centre operations and digital infrastructure. This intensive program blends theoretical learning with practical, hands-on experience in a live operational environment.
Participants will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and developing the technical and behavioral skills required to thrive in mission-critical environments.
What You Will Learn:

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Science
- Physics or related technical field
Academic Requirements:
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit
- Must have graduated within the last 0–3 years
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good numerical and logical reasoning ability
- Attention to detail and process discipline
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
