The CT Supervisor (Coiled Tubing) will oversee and coordinate coiled tubing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of well intervention activities. The role includes supervising field personnel, monitoring operational performance, managing equipment readiness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Description
Operations Management
Supervise and coordinate coiled tubing operations.
Oversee rig-up and rig-down activities.
Plan and execute job requirements, including calculations and procedures.
Monitor well control parameters before and during operations.
Equipment & Maintenance
Conduct pre-job and post-job equipment inspections.
Ensure operational readiness of equipment.
Coordinate equipment maintenance, cleanup, and preparation for future jobs.
Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and train service operators and assistants.
Ensure team adherence to operational and safety standards.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Reporting & Documentation
Oversee data acquisition and job logging activities.
Prepare and review end-of-well reports.
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
HSE & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
Promote safe work practices throughout all operations.
Customer Relations
Deliver efficient and professional services.
Support customer satisfaction through quality service execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in coiled tubing operations.
Demonstrated supervisory experience in oil and gas services.
Strong knowledge of:
Well Intervention Operations
Nitrogen Services
Pumping Operations
Ability to perform job planning and operational calculations.
Experience preparing technical reports and operational documentation.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of HSE standards and industry regulations.
