Job Description
Trinity Financial Services is seeking motivated and detail-oriented graduates to join its graduate trainee programme. The role is designed to provide structured training in finance and marketing functions while building strong analytical, communication, and professional skills within a corporate financial environment.
Successful candidates will gain hands-on exposure to financial operations, client engagement, and business development activities under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily financial and marketing operations within assigned teams.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and financial documentation.
- Participate in client relationship and business development activities.
- Conduct market research and support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Learn and apply financial analysis and accounting principles.
- Collaborate with teams to support organizational goals and projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 0–3 years of work experience.
- Must have completed NYSC or currently serving.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage.
