Job Description
Pruvia Integrated Limited is seeking a motivated and technically proficient Medical Equipment Sales Technician to join its team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in medical equipment with sales and customer service skills to promote, demonstrate, and support healthcare products and solutions.
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about healthcare technology, technical sales, and building strong client relationships within the medical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare institutions.
- Demonstrate the functionality, operation, and benefits of medical equipment to prospective clients.
- Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting services for installed equipment.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Conduct market visits to identify and develop new business prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
- Deliver timely after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in:
- Biomedical Engineering
- Medical Laboratory Science
- Or any related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably within medical equipment sales or technical sales.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications clearly.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proactive, result-driven mindset and willingness to learn.
- Proximity to Ikeja or willingness to commute is an added advantage.
