Job Description
Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited is seeking ambitious and motivated post-NYSC graduates to join its team as Technician Trainees. This programme is designed to equip young professionals with practical experience and technical skills in smart technology solutions, field engineering, and industrial operations.
Successful candidates will receive structured training and gain exposure to installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technology solutions within a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the installation and maintenance of smart technology and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Assist in testing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Participate in preventive maintenance activities and technical inspections.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on assigned projects and technical tasks.
- Support field operations and contribute to project delivery activities.
- Perform other technical duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any of the following disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Other related engineering disciplines.
Additional Requirements
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Strong interest in technical operations, field engineering, and technology solutions.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical competencies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
