Job Description
The PwC Graduate Associate Programme 2026 is an entry-level opportunity designed to develop young graduates into well-rounded professionals within a global consulting and advisory environment.
Participants will work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to real client projects, and build core competencies aligned with PwC’s global leadership framework.
Key experience areas include:
- Working on client engagements across assurance, tax, consulting, or deals
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Applying business and analytical skills to solve real-world problems
- Building professional and leadership capabilities through structured development
- Networking within a global professional ecosystem
Qualifications & Requirements
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory
- Minimum of Second Class (Upper/Lower) or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 O’Level credits (including English and Mathematics in one sitting)
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional services environment
