The Deloitte Cyber Academy is designed to equip aspiring cybersecurity professionals with practical, industry-relevant skills that prepare them for careers in information security and digital technology.
Job Description
The Deloitte Cyber Academy Programme is a structured 12-month training initiative aimed at developing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. Participants will receive specialized training designed to build technical expertise in cybersecurity, information technology, and digital risk management.
The programme prepares graduates for career opportunities in cybersecurity by equipping them with practical knowledge of modern security technologies, cyber risk management, and emerging digital threats.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc., B.A., or equivalent) in:
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Information Technology
- Or any related discipline.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or Upper Credit.
O’Level Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A minimum of five (5) credits in WAEC, NECO, or an equivalent examination.
- Credits must include English Language and Mathematics.
- Results must be obtained in one sitting.
Age Requirement
- Applicants must be 28 years old or younger at the time of application.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
- Creative thinking and innovation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of Information Technology concepts.
Technical Knowledge
Applicants should possess knowledge of one or more of the following:

- Application Development
- Database Systems
- General Information Technology Infrastructure
