Job Description
Myafrimall Logistics Limited is recruiting a Customer Service Representative (NYSC) to join its Ibadan branch. This role is ideal for serving NYSC Corps Members who want to develop practical skills in customer relations, logistics operations, and administrative support while completing their national service.
The position is particularly suitable for:
- Corps Members whose current Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) only provides monthly clearance.
- Corps Members without an active PPA who are looking for meaningful work experience.
- NYSC members interested in building a career in logistics, customer service, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding shipping services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Inspect customer items for defects and report any discrepancies.
- Process, document, and prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and shipments.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess the following:
- Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member posted to Ibadan or nearby locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Residence within or close to the Bodija Market axis in Ibadan will be an added advantage.
