Job Description
earlySTEMer Limited is currently seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide remote administrative and customer support services across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate will assist with customer inquiries, manage communication channels, coordinate administrative activities, and support daily operational processes. This role is suited for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of working efficiently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to pre-sales inquiries through email, Instagram, phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Handle customer requests professionally and promptly
- Direct sales inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Coordinate communication between customers, contractors, and internal teams
- Assist with post-session reporting and sales cycle follow-up
- Maintain and update records of customer leads and orders
- Organize meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Manage office resources and administrative documentation
- Perform additional clerical and administrative duties when required
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualification
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and spreadsheet applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with digital media tools and applications
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
