Job Description
Vac Consults is recruiting Field Onboarding Officers on behalf of its client for a NYSC opportunity in Lagos. This position is ideal for NYSC Corps Members, fresh graduates, and SSCE holders who are enthusiastic, confident, and enjoy interacting with people.
Successful candidates will support the onboarding of artisans across major markets in Lagos. No prior work experience is required, as successful applicants will receive comprehensive training before commencing their duties.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing practical experience in sales, marketing, business development, and technology-driven operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and onboard artisans across designated markets in Lagos.
- Educate prospective users about the platform and its benefits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with artisans and other stakeholders.
- Assist with field activation and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and progress.
- Represent the organization professionally during field engagements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member, a fresh graduate, or an SSCE holder.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable interacting with people.
- Willingness to work in a field-based environment.
- No previous work experience is required, as training will be provided.
- Interest in sales, marketing, business development, or technology operations is an added advantage.
Salary Range (₦)
- Monthly Salary: ₦45,000
- Transport Allowance: ₦15,000
- Data Allowance: ₦10,000
- Performance Commission: Up to ₦120,000 monthly
