Job Description
Brooke Addison Real Estate is seeking Marketing and Sales Interns to join its team in Victoria Island, Lagos. This hybrid internship is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic graduates interested in building a career in real estate marketing, digital content creation, and property sales.
The ideal candidates will support the company’s marketing initiatives by creating engaging digital content, generating sales leads, promoting real estate properties, and assisting with property sourcing and inspections. Candidates residing within the Lagos Island axis are encouraged to apply.
Start Date: 1st August, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging digital content, including photos and videos, for marketing campaigns.
- Generate online and offline leads for the company’s real estate offerings.
- Promote and market the company’s real estate portfolio to prospective clients.
- Source properties suitable for listing and client requirements.
- Coordinate and participate in property inspections.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Support other marketing and sales activities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess the following:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Strong interest in real estate operations, marketing, and sales.
- Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Interest or experience in digital content creation will be an added advantage.
- Preference may be given to female candidates residing within the Lagos Island metropolis.
