Job Description
An opportunity is available for an Entry-Level Accounts Executive to support the organization’s finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounting transactions, managing receivables and payables, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with account reconciliations.
This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career accounting professionals looking to build practical experience in corporate finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Process journal entries accurately and promptly.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
- Support financial reporting and account reconciliation activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Assist with other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Accounting or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (internship experience is acceptable).
- Professional qualifications such as ACA or ACCA will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
