Job Description

A.G. Leventis (Nigeria) Plc is inviting applications from recent graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. The Fleet Controller role is designed for young professionals seeking practical experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, and transportation operations.

Successful candidates will work closely with the logistics team to monitor fleet activities, support delivery operations, track vehicle movements, and contribute to operational efficiency across the company’s transportation network.

  • Aba, Abia State

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor delivery personnel throughout assigned trips to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track vehicle movements using GPS and fleet management systems.
  • Assist in resolving delivery delays, route deviations, and operational challenges.
  • Maintain communication with delivery officers to obtain real-time delivery updates.
  • Monitor turnaround times and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare daily fleet status reports and operational performance dashboards.
  • Record and maintain accurate trip data for reporting and analysis.
  • Support logistics operations to improve service delivery and fleet utilization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in:
    • Logistics and Supply Chain Management
    • Transport Management
    • Business Administration
    • Or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of post-graduation work experience.
  • Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or possession of an exemption certificate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
