Job Description
FavoriteHR Consult is recruiting ambitious and motivated graduates for the position of Graduate Sales & Marketing Executive. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in building a successful career in business development, B2B sales, and industrial marketing within Nigeria’s engineering and industrial solutions sector.
Successful candidates will receive practical training and hands-on experience in customer relationship management, sales strategy, marketing, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with sales presentations, negotiations, and business development activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- B.Sc. or HND in:
- Engineering
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence when interacting with clients and business partners.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve results.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
