Job Description
Grace Moni Limited is seeking a motivated NYSC Intern to join its team in Garki, Abuja. This opportunity is designed for serving NYSC Corps Members looking for a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
The successful candidate will support customer engagement, lead generation, and sales activities while gaining practical experience in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote the company’s products and financial services to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate new leads and follow up on potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to achieve organizational targets.
- Carry out other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be a serving NYSC Corps Member seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) in Abuja (FCT).
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Have basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with customer service tools will be an added advantage.
