Job Description
Kilimanjaro Restaurant is seeking a motivated HR Intern (NYSC) to join its Human Resources team in Lagos. This opportunity is ideal for serving NYSC Corps Members who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources and gaining practical experience in recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations.
The successful candidate will support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and talent management activities while learning HR best practices in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and candidate coordination activities.
- Update and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Organize and file personnel records accurately.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Must be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Must possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN) Slip.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Must reside within Lagos Mainland, preferably around:
- Ogudu
- Ogba
- Omole
- Berger
- Ikeja
- Iyana Ipaja
- Or nearby communities.
