Job Description
The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the firm’s digital marketing activities by creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, monitoring audience engagement, and assisting with online promotional campaigns.
The successful candidate will receive hands-on training in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, SEO, analytics, and AI-powered marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts.
- Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Assist with designing graphics, short videos, reels, and other digital content.
- Research trending topics and develop relevant content ideas.
- Respond to comments, questions, and messages across social media platforms.
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing followers, engagement, and online visibility.
- Assist with digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
- Support other marketing and communication activities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates should:
- Be a graduate awaiting NYSC (Pre-NYSC).
- Have basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Possess basic laptop/computer skills.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate creativity and an interest in digital marketing.
- Be willing to learn and follow instructions.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Have a proactive attitude and willingness to develop new skills.
- Previous professional marketing experience is not required.
- Live within close proximity to the company’s office location.
