Job Description
Mart Global Limited is seeking motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Program as Quality Assurance Trainees.
Successful trainees will undergo structured technical training and hands-on development aimed at preparing them for future roles as Quality Assurance Officers within the company’s manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities After Training
- Monitor and inspect raw material processing and production lines to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Conduct physical, chemical, and structural tests on polymer and flexible packaging materials.
- Assess finished and in-process materials to ensure they meet required quality, durability, and performance specifications.
- Identify, isolate, document, and report defects or deviations detected during production.
- Assist in identifying quality issues that could contribute to production waste and support corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections and laboratory tests.
- Ensure quality assurance activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maintaining high manufacturing and product-quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Eligible Academic Disciplines
Applicants must possess a B.Sc., B.Eng., or HND in one of the following fields:
- Polymer and Textile Engineering
- Chemical and Polymer Engineering
- Polymer Engineering
Core Requirements
- Minimum of Second Class Lower Division (2:2) for university graduates.
- HND applicants must have at least a Lower Credit.
- Must be a fresh graduate.
- Completion of the mandatory NYSC programme is required.
- Strong numerical, scientific, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or factory-floor environment.
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop an understanding of complex manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
