Job Description
Iknorbert Communications Limited is seeking an experienced ICT Officer to manage and support its IT systems and infrastructure. The role involves maintaining system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining IT systems and networks
- Providing technical support and resolving hardware/software issues
- Administering operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Managing Microsoft 365 services and user accounts
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring data security
- Supporting business applications, including accounting software
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues promptly
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5–12 years of professional experience in ICT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are highly advantageous
- Knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
