Job Description
The 2026 Chapel Hill Denham Management Development Program (MDP) is a structured initiative designed to equip young graduates and early-career professionals with essential skills for success in the financial industry. Participants will gain practical exposure through rotational assignments in investment banking, investment management, and securities trading, allowing them to build a deep understanding of the firm’s operations and develop into future leaders.

Qualifications & Requirements
Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honours (Upper Division).
- 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program (mandatory for Nigerian graduates).
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIS will be an added advantage.
