Job Description
Agusto & Co. is recruiting highly motivated and intellectually curious graduates for its Graduate Trainee Programme. This programme is designed to groom young professionals with strong analytical abilities and a passion for business, finance, and economic research. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world consulting and research projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Upper) in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- High level of intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Completion of the mandatory one-year NYSC programme
- Additional professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA) and/or a Master’s degree will be an added advantage
