Job Description
The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architecture Intern to support its design and project management team.
The successful candidate will assist with architectural design, drafting, 3D visualization, project documentation, and site coordination on real-world construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
- Create 3D models and renderings using industry-standard software.
- Support project documentation, BOQs, and research tasks.
- Conduct site analysis and material research.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates should possess:
- A Degree in Architecture (completed or currently in view).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- ArchiCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- V-Ray
- Enscape
- Or related design tools
- Good understanding of construction methods and building materials.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A strong design portfolio will be an added advantage.
