Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Attending to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Following up with leads and existing clients
  • Scheduling consultations, site visits, and meetings
  • Coordinating communication between clients, designers, and vendors
  • Providing updates on project timelines and progress
  • Managing customer records and project documentation
  • Assisting with quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups
  • Handling after-service support and customer feedback
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Managing social media and WhatsApp customer interactions where required

Qualifications & Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years work experience
  • Previous experience in:
    • Interior Design
    • Construction
    • Real Estate industries

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional appearance and etiquette
  • Ability to manage difficult clients calmly
