Job Description
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries, complaints, and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience while supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Provide support through multiple communication channels
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service (preferably in manufacturing or related industry)
- Proficiency in Igbo language and fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer service tools
- Willingness to work shift schedules
