Job Description

Smart Partners is recruiting on behalf of its client for a Facility Manager (Mid-Level) to oversee facility operations in Lagos. The role involves managing maintenance activities, supervising teams, and ensuring the smooth running of production or workshop environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily facility and maintenance operations
  • Supervising maintenance staff and coordinating activities
  • Ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently
  • Planning and scheduling maintenance work
  • Managing basic budgets and controlling operational costs
  • Identifying and resolving facility-related issues promptly

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND or BSc degree in Engineering or Facility Management
  • 4–5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance roles
  • Experience working in a production or workshop environment
  • Strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance practices
