Job Description
Smart Partners is recruiting on behalf of its client for a Facility Manager (Mid-Level) to oversee facility operations in Lagos. The role involves managing maintenance activities, supervising teams, and ensuring the smooth running of production or workshop environments.
Key responsibilities
- Overseeing daily facility and maintenance operations
- Supervising maintenance staff and coordinating activities
- Ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently
- Planning and scheduling maintenance work
- Managing basic budgets and controlling operational costs
- Identifying and resolving facility-related issues promptly
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND or BSc degree in Engineering or Facility Management
- 4–5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance roles
- Experience working in a production or workshop environment
- Strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance practices
