Job Description
Management Sciences for Health is recruiting a Finance and Administration Officer to support operational, financial, and administrative activities at the state level. The role ensures efficient financial management, logistics coordination, and administrative support for project implementation.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Operations and Procurement Specialist and State Specialist to coordinate project activities, manage financial documentation, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience working with Global Fund or U.S. government-funded projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate initiative.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in common office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and culturally diverse environment.
