Job Description
ReelFruit is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Factory HR Intern to join its Human Resources team in Abeokuta, Ogun State. The internship offers practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee engagement, training coordination, compliance, and HR reporting within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Prepare employment letters, HR correspondence, and payroll-related documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, staff welfare programs, and internal communications.
- Coordinate training activities and maintain learning and development records.
- Support HR compliance, statutory documentation, audits, and policy implementation.
- Assist with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives and employee welfare activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
