Job Description
Codar is seeking Senior Telesales Executives to manage and convert leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This hybrid role combines remote and on-site work at the Ikeja, Lagos office.
Key responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound leads and converting them into paying customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients over the phone
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Providing insights and feedback to improve sales processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in telesales or similar sales roles
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage
