Job Description

The Financial Reporting Analyst will support financial planning, business analysis, forecasting, and reporting activities to drive strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.

The role involves analyzing business performance, monitoring financial operations, managing profitability, and supporting month-end financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Net Revenue & EBIT Management

  • Liaise with commercial finance teams to monitor hero SKU performance and planned volumes
  • Conduct monthly trial balance reviews to identify key business performance drivers
  • Analyze financial and operational performance to improve business decisions
  • Drive profitability through monthly gross profit reviews and profitable product mix analysis
  • Align CBC calculations with intercompany counterparts to protect local financial performance

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor and control SG&A expenses across departments and cost centres
  • Perform variance analysis between actuals, budgets, forecasts, and prior-year performance
  • Ensure alignment and accuracy between SAP postings and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
  • Execute month-end closing activities accurately and on time
  • Submit HFM reports and maintain financial data integrity

Free Cash Flow Management

  • Collaborate with business units to analyze free cash flow performance
  • Conduct operational and model reviews to improve financial outcomes

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support finance and commercial teams through KPI sessions and business performance reporting
  • Provide insights that drive strategic business value

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates applying for the role should possess:

  • BA/BSc/HND qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines
  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
  • Experience with SAP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is an advantage
  • Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment
