1. Technical Trainee
FlexFilms Nigeria is recruiting qualified and motivated candidates for its 2026 Technical Trainee Program. Successful candidates will gain hands-on industrial experience, technical training, and exposure to modern manufacturing operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND holders in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Candidates must have completed NYSC between 2023 and 2026
- Strong willingness to learn and work in an industrial environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₦120,000 monthly
- Feeding subsidy: ₦27,300

2. Mechanical Fitter
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot faulty machinery
- Repair faults and perform regular maintenance
- Conduct scheduled servicing and routine checks
- Handle emergency repairs with proper safety procedures
- Maintain departmental 5S standards
- Prepare lists of required spare parts
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant engineering qualification
- Experience in industrial machinery maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Honest, responsible, and safety-conscious
Salary Range
₦200,000 – ₦300,000 monthly
3. Operator – Power Plant
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage power plant operations
- Maintain gas gensets
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
- Maintain operational logs and power readings
- Monitor fuel readings and system performance
- Handle gas generators independently
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience maintaining Wartsila gas engines
- Knowledge of SCADA systems is an advantage
- Hands-on operational and maintenance experience
- Ability to independently manage 12.5MW gas generators
Salary Range
₦200,000 – ₦300,000 monthly
4. AM – Mechanical
Responsibilities
- Independently handle machinery breakdowns
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Conduct root cause (“Why-Why”) analysis
- Plan and coordinate shutdown activities
- Manage spare parts inventory planning
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant engineering qualification
- Strong industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently and lead maintenance operations
Salary Range
₦500,000 – ₦750,000 monthly
5. AM – Electronics & Instrumentation
Responsibilities
- Handle preventive and predictive maintenance
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, drives, motors, cranes, forklifts, and sensors
- Manage hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Oversee documentation and daily maintenance planning
- Lead maintenance teams and activities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Siemens PLC and drives
- Experience with industrial automation systems
- Knowledge of AC/DC motors, sensors, heaters, and encoders
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Salary Range
₦500,000 – ₦750,000 monthly
