Job Description
Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Install and maintain computers, software, and IT equipment.
Support system updates, user setup, and technical onboarding.
Assist with hardware repairs and IT asset management.
Support daily technology operations and resolve user issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Must have completed NYSC.
Basic knowledge of hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows and basic networking.
Strong problem-solving and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
