Job Description

The Beacon Power Services Graduate Trainee Program is a structured 12-month development initiative designed to groom high-potential graduates into future professionals within the organization.

Selected candidates will rotate across two different business units, spending six months in each, gaining hands-on exposure to various aspects of the company’s operations.

Top-performing trainees may receive full-time employment offers upon successful completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute assigned tasks efficiently and within deadlines
  • Assist with research, data analysis, reporting, and documentation
  • Participate actively in meetings, training sessions, and team activities
  • Gradually take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • Seek and apply feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across departments

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
  • Must be below 26 years of age
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

  • Basic knowledge of data tools, coding, or analytics software
