Job Description
Develop growth strategies for client acquisition, visibility, and revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, and acquisition channels.
Lead digital marketing campaigns and optimize performance.
Strengthen brand positioning and communication.
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and campaign data.
Support lead generation, proposals, pitches, and client relationships.
Track growth metrics and prepare performance reports.
Improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Develop scalable processes for sustainable growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
3–6 years experience in growth/digital marketing, brand strategy, business development, or related roles.
Experience in a marketing agency or creative industry is relevant.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and performance marketing.
Proven ability to generate leads, increase engagement, and drive revenue.
Strong analytical, strategic, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
