Job Description
Stanificent Global Technologies Limited is seeking a smart, organized, and detail-oriented HR Assistant / Recruitment Intern to support its Human Resources department.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in Human Resource Management, particularly in recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees.
- Prepare HR reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Handle staff inquiries and provide general administrative support.
- Assist in attendance tracking and leave management.
- Support training and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–4 years of relevant experience (internship or entry-level roles acceptable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
