Job Description
AAA Medi-Calibrations Limited is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and teachable In-House Accountant / Accounts Officer to join its finance team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career accounting professionals who are eager to gain practical accounting experience within a reputable healthcare solutions company.
The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, assist with reconciliations, and contribute to inventory and financial reporting processes while building a solid foundation for a long-term career in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
- Prepare invoices and support accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with vendor payments and accounts payable processes.
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
- Support inventory and stock-related accounting activities.
- Prepare basic financial reports and administrative documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist with other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Or any related discipline.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of debit and credit transactions, invoices, receipts, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
