Job Description
Dufil Prima Foods Plc is currently accepting applications for its 2026 Graduate Management Trainee Program. The company is seeking highly motivated and intelligent young graduates to join its team as Six Sigma Facilitators.
Successful candidates will participate in operational improvement initiatives, support process optimization activities, and contribute to continuous improvement projects across the organization’s manufacturing operations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- First Class Honours degree only
- B.Eng. or B.Sc. in any of the following disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Food Science/Technology
- Chemistry
- Biochemistry
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Biotechnology
- Computer Science
- Microbiology
- Metallurgical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
Additional Requirements
- 0–5 years of work experience
- Applicants must not be more than 30 years old
- Must have completed NYSC
- Candidates must upload a scanned copy of their NYSC discharge certificate
- Must be willing to work in any location across Nigeria as assigned by the company
- Strong computer literacy and innovative mindset required
