1. Social Media Manager (Oyo)
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing engaging digital content strategies across multiple platforms. The role requires creativity, independence, and strong execution skills in content production and online brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Design graphics and branded promotional content
- Write captions, scripts, and marketing copy
- Manage social media platforms and content calendars
- Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Execute digital marketing strategies and brand campaigns
- Collaborate with influencers and internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (portfolio required)
- Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong content writing and storytelling ability
- Knowledge of Nigerian social media trends
- Experience with AI tools is an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in FMCG or consumer brands
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Photography and videography skills
2. Showroom Sales Manager (Lagos)
The Showroom Sales Manager will oversee showroom operations, drive sales performance, manage inventory, and lead the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Manage showroom displays and customer experience
- Supervise and train sales staff
- Monitor stock and inventory levels
- Build relationships with corporate and walk-in clients
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in showroom or retail sales management
- Experience in office furniture or equipment sales preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
