Genesis Group is recruiting for its 2026 Management Trainee Programme, designed to groom high-potential graduates into future leaders within the organization.
Participants will:

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum Second Class Upper (2:1)) or HND in:
- Accounting
- Food Science
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Economics / Statistics
- Or related disciplines
- Must have completed NYSC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- High level of motivation and adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
