Job Description
Helium Health is recruiting for multiple remote, project-based clinical data roles. Successful candidates will support the validation, structuring, and quality assurance of medical data used in digital health systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assigning and reviewing clinical diagnostic codes (ICD-10) for patient records
- Validating laboratory and diagnostic data using recognized coding standards such as LOINC
- Mapping medication information using RxNorm standards
- Reviewing and correcting AI-generated clinical data outputs
- Performing quality assurance checks on structured health datasets
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of large-scale medical data
- Working within digital platforms to support healthcare data processing workflows
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Degree or professional qualification in Medicine, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, or a related clinical field
- Familiarity with clinical coding systems (ICD-10, LOINC, RxNorm) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume data accurately
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently in a structured, fast-paced remote environment
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Experience with health data systems or clinical documentation is a plus
- Availability for the full duration of the project (including weekends)
